You’ve probably tried everything to fix your plantar fasciitis or achilles tendonitis, and no amount of stretching, massage or foam rolling has managed to get it sorted. So can this course magically fix it for you?
The answer is technically no. There is an aggravation in your fascia or tendon and if you’re feeling pain then it’s likely inflamed. Every time the plantar or achilles is aggravated it’s going to flare back up and prevent the healing process.
This programme however targets key stretches to unlock your hips, legs and release strain and tension on your achilles and plantar, and the strength work will seal in your hard work for long lasting results. The extra room you gain will help to prevent the aggravation and allow the healing process to continue and progress at speed.
So no, this course won’t fix it overnight, but by sticking with the programme you should find the aggravation reduces and the condition you’re experiencing will finally begin to heal.

Prepare, Strengthen & Stabilise
Once we have completed your assessment we can review the results together. If you have a coach I will also provide them with the results and a suggested action plan for them to add into your training.
I’ll explain what movements are being inhibited and I’ll give you Muscle Energy Techniques and possibly some strength exercises depending on your results, so we can get you moving correctly again.
Depending on the results of your assessment I might recommend a second screening or a smaller retest on particular areas once you’ve had a few days or weeks to release and strengthen the troublesome areas.
