Getting started (or getting going again) can feel like a big step – but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re looking to build strength, train for an event, recover from injury, or just feel better in your own body, I’m here to support you with the tools that actually make a difference.

I offer a range of options to suit your needs, including:

  • Personal training sessions tailored to your goals

  • Movement assessments to spot imbalances or pain points

  • Massage therapy to aid recovery, reduce tension and help you feel your best

Before anything starts, I always offer a free 30-minute consultation – a relaxed chat over a brew where we can talk through where you’re at, where you’d like to be, and how I can help you get there.

All abilities welcome – and every exercise can be adapted to suit you.

Personal Training

My personal training sessions are completely tailored to you – focused on your goals, your pace, and building lasting strength, fitness, and confidence.

If the idea of “going it alone” feels a bit daunting, why not bring a friend or your partner along? I offer small group sessions for up to 3 people, so you can train together with personalised support in a relaxed, private setting.
