Welcome! I offer personalised 1:1 sessions designed to support your training, movement and recovery. Whether you’re here to build strength, prevent injury, or just need a good sports massage after a big week — you’re in safe hands.
All sessions take place in my private gym or treatment room, just off the A5 in Llangollen, payment can be made with cash or bank transfer after your session.
Personal Training Sessions
30 Minutes – £15
A focused strength or mobility session. Ideal for technique checks, strength top-ups, or low-intensity support.
60 Minutes – £25
A full-body session tailored to your goals, injuries or training phase. We’ll build strength, improve balance, and work on areas that need support.

Sports Massage
All massage sessions include time for short assessments and range of motion testing before and after, so we can track your progress and make sure we’re getting results.
30 Minutes – £30
Targeted work on one area (e.g. calves, glutes, back). Includes brief movement assessment and mobility checks. Ideal for maintenance or spot treatment.
60 Minutes – £50
A full treatment session including deeper work and some stretching or soft tissue release techniques. Great for post-race recovery or ongoing care.
90 Minutes – £70
The works. This is for when your body needs a full reset — or when you’ve got multiple areas that need attention.

Block Booking Discount
Save money and stay consistent with block bookings. Valid for 6 months from your first session.
Sports Massage Packages
4 x 30-Minute Massages – £110 £27.50 per session (save £10 total).
4 x 60-Minute Massages – £180 £45 per session (save £20 total).
4 x 90-Minute Massages – £260 £65 per session (save £20 total).

Classes
A friendly, fun space to move your body, build strength and feel energised.
Drop-In: £5 per class
Block Booking: £20 for 4 weeks (includes both classes)
Wednesdays – Tabata (Short & Spicy)
High-intensity intervals with a strength twist. No burpees, promise.
Fridays – GymRox (Strength for Real Life)
A circuit-style session focused on functional movement and injury prevention.
All classes are suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted.
Cancellations or Rescheduling
Life happens — whether it’s illness, a last-minute change of plans, or just not feeling quite right, please don’t worry. I want you to get the most out of your sessions, and sometimes that means giving your body a bit of grace.
If you’re unwell — especially with a fever, infection, or anything contagious — please let me know. Being unwell is a contraindication for massage, and receiving treatment while your immune system is already under pressure isn’t helpful. Likewise, if I’m ever unwell, I won’t massage either — it’s not safe or fair on you. I do my best to stay well (current record: two short bugs in the past 12 months!), and if I ever need to reschedule, I’ll give you as much notice as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to give at least 12 hours’ notice — this gives me time to adjust my day or offer the slot to someone on the waiting list. You can do this through the booking system or just message me directly — whatever’s easiest.
I don’t like charging for work I haven’t done, but if last-minute cancellations become regular, we’ll have a kind, honest chat to find a better rhythm that works for both of us.
