Whether you’re completely new to fitness, returning after time away, or already active and looking for something fresh, these sessions are designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and enjoy the process.

You won’t be shouted at or pushed beyond your limits – this isn’t about punishment or ego. It’s about building functional strength that supports you in real life: lifting, carrying, running, twisting, reaching – the kind of movement that makes everyday tasks easier and your body more resilient.

We mix cardio with smart, purposeful strength work, focusing on key areas like core control, stability, and total-body power. Movements are simple but effective – and while the sessions might not feel intense in the moment, you’ll definitely feel the benefits the next day (in the best way!).

Whether you’re working towards a goal, trying something new, or just want to feel good in your own skin – this is a place to train with purpose, without pressure.

Everyone is welcome!

No matter your age, experience, fitness level or starting point – you’ll be welcomed just as you are. My sessions are designed to be flexible and inclusive, with movements that can be regressed or progressed to suit your body and your goals. You don’t need to be fit, fast or familiar with exercise – you just need to show up. Whether you’re building strength for the first time, returning after a break, or looking to improve how you move and feel, I’ll meet you where you are and support you from there.

The Classes

Wednesday Evenings

Workout Wednesday – 6:30pm, Riverside Park

Just turn up and get moving! These 20–30 minute sessions mix strength, conditioning and cardio in different formats each week.
Held at Riverside Park near Aldi – usually next to the skate park, or further up by the green shelter. It’s well lit and easy to access.

Want to bring your own weight?
A 4–10kg dumbbell, kettlebell or homemade weight works great – though it’s not essential as the class is mostly bodyweight-based. We also tend to use mats in the summer months for some core work!

Friday Evenings

GymROX – 6:00pm & 6:30pm, The Old Bank

GymROX is where strength meets sweat – a 25-minute interval-style session blending cardio (run, row, bike) with functional strength training.
It’s short, sharp and deceptively effective. You won’t feel like you’re being beasted in the moment, but the carefully chosen movements will leave you knowing you’ve worked – especially the next day!

Inspired by Hyrox training but with a friendly, accessible twist, GymROX is ideal if you want to build functional strength, improve cardio, and feel great in your body.

Spaces are limited to just 6 per class, so booking is essential. Please book your spot via the WhatsApp group each week.

What is GymRox?

GymRox is a fast-paced, functional fitness session inspired by the principles of HYROX training. It’s designed to challenge your body and boost your performance – whether that’s for sport, everyday life, or simply feeling stronger and more capable in your own skin.

Each session blends cardio intervals (think running, biking, and rowing) with strength training using tough, practical movements that target the whole body – especially the core and key muscle groups that support real-life strength and resilience. It’s ideal for anyone looking to improve fitness, power, and endurance, with sessions that are short, sharp, and designed to get results – whether you’re just getting started or building towards bigger performance goals.
