1% Better Everyday
My best advice with your new plan to taking control of your nutrition permanently is to aim to feel 1% better everyday, or if you’re not feeling too great, aim to DO something 1% better instead. This section will contain all my best help and support for all things “Nutrition”. I don’t want to tell you what to eat and what not to eat, it’s your body, your life, and you’re likely to be old enough to be able to make your own choices! So consider the suggestions here, some will work for you and others won’t. Don’t ever let anyone tell you what you can or can’t eat… other than a doctor… but anyway, assuming it’s not a doctor, the “oh you shouldn’t eat that” attitude can cause a myriad of problems and prevent a healthy relationship with food. No food is off limits! However if you aim for the majority of your weekly consumption to be high quality, nutritious and satisfying fuel – you will feel absolutely bloody amazing.
